The flagship Pro Max model, expected to start at $1,249, reflects a $50 price hike over its predecessor due to rising production costs and new U.S. tariffs on Chinese imports, according to Forbes. The iPhone 17 Pro Max promises significant upgrades, positioning it as Apple’s most advanced smartphone yet. It will feature a 6.9-inch LTPO Super Retina XDR OLED display with a 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate and a new anti-reflective coating for better outdoor visibility. Under the hood, the A19 Pro chip, paired with 12GB of RAM, will drive performance, supported by a vapor chamber cooling system to handle intensive tasks like gaming and AI processing.
